Terms of Use
By using the Anayurt ERP platform, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to all individual and corporate users ("User") of the Anayurt ERP platform ("Platform") operated by Anayurt Savunma ve Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. ("Company"). By starting to use the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the binding nature of these Terms. Do not use the Platform if you do not accept these Terms. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on the Platform.
2. Platform Usage Conditions
The Anayurt ERP Platform is a software service designed for fair, event, and organization management. Users agree to use the Platform only for legitimate commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Users must not: • Use the Platform for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or exploit security vulnerabilities • Run automated queries or bots that overload the Platform infrastructure • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data • Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights • Attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform's source code
3. Account Responsibility
The account holder is fully responsible for the security of the account created to access the Platform. • Keeping account information (username, password) confidential is the user's responsibility • All actions performed through the account belong to the account holder • In case of suspected account security breach, the Company must be notified immediately • Each user may have only one account; the account is not transferable • The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account in case of suspicious activity Persons creating accounts on behalf of corporate users represent and warrant that the relevant organization accepts these Terms.
4. Service Scope and Changes
Anayurt ERP provides the following services depending on the subscription plan: • Event and fair management modules • Delegation and protocol management • B2B appointment and schedule planning • Concierge assignment and coordination • Enterprise system integration • Reporting and analytics tools The Company reserves the right to expand, restrict, or modify the service scope. Significant changes are notified to users in advance. If the service is completely discontinued during the subscription period, the fee for the unused period is refunded.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the Platform are owned by Anayurt Savunma ve Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. and are protected under Turkish and international intellectual property legislation. • No part of the Platform may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission • Users represent that they hold the necessary licenses and permissions for the content they upload to the platform • Rights to data uploaded to the platform by the user belong to the user; the Company uses this data only to provide services • Reports and outputs generated on the Platform may be used by the user within the scope of the subscription
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Our practices regarding the processing of personal data are explained in detail in our Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice. • The Company shares user data with third parties only with explicit consent or under legal obligation • All data is protected with TLS/SSL encryption and AES-256 • Users may exercise their KVKK-based rights regarding their personal data by contacting info@anayurtteknoloji.com.tr • The Platform uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy to improve user experience
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free • The Company cannot be held liable for service disruptions caused by unforeseeable technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure • The Company is not liable for damages arising from the user's incorrect or unauthorized use of the Platform • The maximum amount of compensation for which the Company may be held liable for any reason is limited to the subscription fee paid for the relevant service period These limitations do not apply in cases of the Company's intent or gross negligence.
8. Subscription, Pricing, and Cancellation
Terms regarding paid subscription plans: • Subscription fees are determined based on the selected plan and payment period; current prices can be viewed on the Platform • Fees are collected on the subscription start date or renewal date • The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 7 days before expiration • Cancellation requests must be sent to info@anayurtteknoloji.com.tr • For services in the nature of digital content, refunds are assessed in proportion to the unused period, subject to legal exceptions
9. Termination
The Company may suspend the user's account or terminate the contract in the following cases: • Violation of these Terms • Provision of false or misleading information • Non-payment of subscription fees • Misuse of the Platform or harm to other users • Request of authorized authorities The User may also request to close their account at any time. Upon termination, access to user data ends; data is retained for the retention periods under KVKK and then deleted.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Platform services are subject to relevant Turkish legislation, primarily Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Electronic Commerce Law No. 6563, and Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Broadcasts on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through Such Broadcasts. In any dispute that may arise from these Terms, an amicable resolution between the parties shall be sought first.
