KVKK Information Notice
Information notice prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Data Controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed in the scope described below by Anayurt Savunma ve Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. 2. Personal Data Processed
The following personal data is processed through the Anayurt ERP platform: • Identity information: name, surname, national ID number, passport number • Contact information: email address, phone number, postal address • Corporate information: organization/company name, title, role • Event and participation information: event registration, delegation info, participant role • Travel information: flight info, accommodation info, visa info (where applicable) • Photo: for accreditation and identification purposes • Transaction security: IP address, session info, access logs
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: • Running participation processes for fairs, events, and organizations • Carrying out delegation registration, delegation form, and accreditation processes • Planning B2B meeting appointments and schedules • Coordinating concierge assignment and operations processes • Providing operational data integration with corporate systems • Fulfilling legal obligations and audit processes • Running operations reporting and analytics activities • Maintaining system security and preventing unauthorized access
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK based on the following legal grounds: • Existence of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) • Explicitly stipulated by law (KVKK Art. 5/2-a) • Directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) • Necessary for the protection of our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) • Fulfillment of a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç)
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes specified above: • To relevant public institutions and bodies within the framework of legal obligations • To business partners we collaborate with during event organization • To authorized suppliers within the scope of corporate system integration • To cloud service providers and technical infrastructure partners International transfers are carried out under Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained until the purpose of processing no longer exists or the retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation expire. Retention periods: • Event and participant records: 5 years from the event date • Contract and invoice information: throughout the statutory period (10 years) • Log and security records: 2 years • Accreditation photos: 1 year from the event end date
7. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights: • To learn whether your personal data is processed (Art. 11/1-a) • To request information if it is processed (Art. 11/1-b) • To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used appropriately (Art. 11/1-c) • To learn the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad (Art. 11/1-ç) • To request correction if data is processed incompletely or incorrectly (Art. 11/1-d) • To request deletion or destruction under the conditions provided in KVKK Art. 7 (Art. 11/1-e) • To request notification of correction/deletion actions to third parties (Art. 11/1-f) • To object to an adverse outcome resulting from automated analysis (Art. 11/1-g) • To claim compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing (Art. 11/1-ğ) To exercise your rights, you may submit a written application to info@anayurtteknoloji.com.tr. If your request is rejected, found insufficient, or not answered within the time limit, you reserve the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Art. 14).
